Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant to join the IPXI team in the Chicago office between the hours of 10:00am and 7:00pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks including copying, binding, filing, correspondence
  • Assist with meeting and event coordination
  • Update and input client contact information
  • Undertake various short / long term projects
  • Compose correspondence for both internal and external distribution
  • Coordinate and assist with Human Resource functions
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for various personnel
  • Maintain database and spreadsheet files
  • Proposal and report proof reading
  • Draft PowerPoint presentations
Requirements:
  • Two year college associates degree
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook applications
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity and flexibility
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Great attitude and client presence
  • Ability to multi-task and a high attention to detail
