Kevin McElroy

Kevin McElroy joined the IPXI team in 2011.  His primary responsibilities include the valuation of Unit License Right™ Contract offerings, asset pricing, and market analysis. 

Prior to joining IPXI, Mr. McElroy spent nearly five years at Ocean Tomo, LLC.  In this capacity, Mr. McElroy gained extensive experience in the valuation of intellectual property for both transactional and litigation purposes.  He has valued both patents and trademarks across a broad spectrum of industries, including semiconductors, electronics, software, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automotive, financial services, retail, toys and games, and sporting goods.

Mr. McElroy graduated cum laude from Georgetown University, where he earned a dual B.S.F.S. in International Political Economy and International Affairs.
