Kyle Dietz

Kyle Dietz joined IPXI in 2011, where his primary responsibilities include the valuation of Unit License Right™ Contract offerings, asset pricing, and market analysis.

Prior to joining IPXI, Mr. Dietz was an Analyst in Ocean Tomo’s Expert Testimony practice, where he quantified economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes and provided general litigation support. Through this work, Mr. Dietz gained extensive knowledge in the medical device, telecommunications, semiconductor, consumer products, aviation, and pharmaceutical industries.  Mr. Dietz also worked in Ocean Tomo’s Risk Management practice, where he helped develop the first Fairness Opinion to be used in conjunction with Patent Royalty Trust™ Intellectual Property Insurance.

Mr. Dietz graduated magna cum laude from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Bloomington. He holds a dual BS in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management, with a minor in Spanish.
