Lindsey L. Rinaldi

Lindsey L. Rinaldi is Assistant to the President and Chief Executive Officer of IPXI, where she is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, business administration, facilities, board and executive support, including customer and vendor relations, technical application support, and human resources. Ms. Rinaldi’s work focuses on the team’s cohesiveness, communication, research, and implementing of best-practices as IPXI grows. 

Prior to joining IPXI, Ms. Rinaldi was a Corporate Liaison for The Cubs Organization, Incaptial Holdings, LLC, and Mesirow Financial, where she focused on board and executive support, company operations, information technology, human resources, meeting and event planning. While at The Cubs Organization, Ms. Rinaldi also gained considerable technical experience, such as the deployment of SharePoint, Highrise and other technical tools and policy implementation to facilitate the company’s operations.

Ms. Rinaldi is a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). 

Ms. Rinaldi studied Business Administration and Telecommunications Management at DeVry where she earned her MCDST certification.
