Other Membership

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Any law firm, IP Advisor1, underwriter, valuation firm, prior art search firm, broker, or other IP/market service provider that will not Sponsor or purchase ULR Contracts may apply for IPXI Associate Membership. Associate Membership includes nearly all of the benefits of Regular Membership, including access to certain ULR Contract Initial Offering information and the ability to publish that they are an IPXI Associate Member. An Associate Member may not Sponsor or purchase ULR Contracts.

DAILY MEMBERSHIP

Any potential purchaser of a ULR Contract may apply for IPXI Daily Membership. Daily Membership only entitles the potential ULR Contract purchaser to access certain information regarding a specifically identified ULR Contract Initial Offering necessary to help the Daily Member make an informed purchasing decision. A Daily Member does not enjoy any other benefits of Membership.
