University Membership
University technology transfer offices desiring to Sponsor or purchase ULR Contracts may apply for University Founding Membership or Membership.
UNIVERSITY FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP
Founding Membership is open for application to universities until the official launch of the trading platform. This Founding Member class includes a right to be appointed to the IPXI Rules Committee and become a representative voice for the university technology transfer community. Other benefits include marketing and branding advantages, including participation in joint PR efforts, and flexibility on listing fees, to be negotiated. University Founding Membership includes a “best efforts” commitment to issue one or more ULR Contracts meeting IPXI quality criteria and having an aggregate target market value of $50 million.
UNIVERSITY REGULAR MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open for application to universities desiring to Sponsor or purchase ULR Contracts. Membership is required to Sponsor a ULR Contract. Membership includes eligibility to be appointed to any of IPXI’s committees. Membership includes the ability to publicize IPXI membership and be recognized on the IPXI “Membership List” on IPXI’s website and in IPXI press releases and publications. Membership does not require a commitment to issue ULR Contracts.
